Vector formats (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) are ideal — they scale to any size without losing sharpness. If you only have a raster image (PNG, JPEG), make sure it’s at least 300 DPI at the size you’re printing. A small web logo at 72 DPI will look pixelated when printed as a sticker. 2. Choose Die-Cut for Maximum Impact
A logo sticker cut to the exact shape of your logo looks far more professional than a rectangle or circle with a white border. If your logo has complex edges, add 2-3mm of breathing room around the outline for a clean result.
