Custom-printed, made to order
Every order placed with StickerNation.co.uk is custom printed to your specifications — your artwork, your size, your material, your finish. Because each order is unique to you and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or because you’ve decided you no longer want the product.
This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt bespoke and personalised goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are fully entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as set out below.
When we will replace or refund
We will happily replace or refund your order if:
- The stickers or labels arrive damaged in transit.
- There is a printing or production fault on our side (e.g. misprint, wrong colour, wrong material, wrong size compared to your approved order).
- The product is materially different from what you ordered or what was shown on the approved proof.
- The product is defective (e.g. adhesive failure, cutting errors, finish defects) and not caused by misuse.
How to report a problem
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery using the message system on your order page:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue — including a wide shot showing the whole batch and close-ups of the affected stickers.
- A short description of the problem.
We’ll review your report within 2 working days and, if the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A free reprint of the affected items.
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method.
- A replacement of the affected portion of your order.
We may ask you to return the faulty items to us (we’ll cover return postage in this case) so we can investigate the cause and improve our process.
What we cannot accept responsibility for
To keep things fair, the following situations are not covered:
- Errors in artwork supplied by you. We print exactly what you upload. Please double-check spelling, colours, dimensions, and bleed before approving your proof.
- Approved proofs. Once you have approved a digital proof, you accept the design as printed. We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully — including spelling, colours, sizing, and positioning — before clicking approve.
- Colour variation between screens and print. Screens display colours in RGB, while we print in CMYK. Slight variation is normal and unavoidable. If you need a precise colour match, please request this in your order notes and we will do our best to advise.
- Slight variation in cut, position, or finish within commercial print tolerances (typically ±1mm).
- Damage caused by improper application or use after delivery (e.g. applying to a dirty, oily, or unsuitable surface; outdoor use of an indoor product).
- Delays caused by the courier once the product has left our premises. We will of course help you chase any lost or delayed parcels.
Order cancellations
Because production starts shortly after you approve your proof, orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible via the order messaging panel. Once your order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
